Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I hope to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Using EMDR and other techniques, I hope to help you process and understand how trauma has affected your life; ultimately moving towards healthier thoughts and feelings.

Discussing our body and eating struggles can be difficult for many people. I strive to provide a safe place to work through body dysmorphia - helping you to work on body neutrality. Additionally, I encourage a team approach to disordered eating. My approach is anti-diet, Health at Every Size informed, Intuitive Eating informed, and I am currently working on my Certified Eating Disorder Specialty.
